Privacy Policy
Health Reminders is designed to organize your routine health reminders without advertising, analytics, or data sales.
Information you enter
The app stores information you choose to enter, which may include reminder names, appointment dates, provider names, company names, locations, phone numbers, websites, notes, reminder settings, and completion history.
Storage and syncing
Your app data is stored on your device and in your private Apple CloudKit database so it can sync across devices signed in to the same Apple Account. The developer does not operate a separate server for this information and does not receive or sell your app data. Apple's handling of iCloud and CloudKit data is governed by Apple's privacy policies and terms.
Calendar and notifications
Calendar write access is requested only when you choose to add an appointment. The app creates the event you request and does not read your other calendar events. Notification permission is used to schedule reminders on your device.
External links
Provider searches and website links open external services in your browser. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.
Support requests
Support requests submitted through GitHub are processed by GitHub and may be publicly visible. Do not include medical or personal information in a support request.
Retention and deletion
Reminders and history remain until you delete them. You can also remove Health Reminders data through your Apple Account's iCloud storage controls. Uninstalling the app removes its local data but may not remove data already stored in iCloud.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
Contact
For privacy or support questions, open a request through the Health Reminders support page without including health or personal information.
